Payment & Policy

I aim to keep the billing process as simple and transparent as possible. Invoices for therapy sessions are typically sent on a monthly cycle. Payments can be securely made via bank transfer.

Consistency is key to effective play therapy. To maintain this, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notification, will be charged at the full rate.

Fees

Parents and carers

£50.00 per session. Meetings with professionals in school will not be charged.

Schools

I offer both a sessional rate starting at £50.00 per session as well as a half-day rate package (2 children to be seen 1:1). Features of the half-day package include:

2 individual therapy sessions
Initial referral meetings
Initial referral and review meetings with parent/carer
Time allocated for meeting with teacher and SENCo
Evaluation of each intervention via SDQ's
External Clinical Supervision
